The Company:
My client, an established leader in wire and cable manufacturing, specialise in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage power solutions. They are committed to delivering sustainable and energy efficient products, as well as integrated power systems to clients world wide .They are now seeking a Sales Manager to manage key client accounts, drive growth in offshore and interconnector projects, and develop strategies to strengthen market position across the Americas region.
The Role:
- Identify technology needs and develop strategies to improve market position.
- Work closely with internal teams on project alignment and execution.
- Drive sales by generating leads
- Analyse competitors and create regional market strategies.
- Develop business and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Gather and share market insights using CRM tools.
The Person:
- Experience in key account management or sales within energy or related sectors
- Knowledge of HVDC/HVAC offshore projects
- Proven ability to build client relationships and develop strategic sales plans
- Strong analytical skills for competitive and market analysis
- Experience collaborating across departments (e.g., Engineering, Commercial)
