The Role: Legal Counsel within International Legal Team, supporting wind farm and battery energy storage projects across the globe. Provide legal guidance and training to manage risk while supporting their mission to remain a leader in sustainable energy development.

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage contracts through the entire lifecycle for wind farms and battery storage projects—from development and construction to maintenance phases (including EPC, TSA, BOP, O&M, LTSA, and procurement contracts).

• Guide the proposal and contract life cycle, ensuring excellence in bidding standards, negotiations, and documentation.
• Support corporate governance efforts with a focus on compliance and risk assessment for contractors.
• Partner with sales and project teams to provide commercial and contract support.
• Review and negotiate contracts in tender phases, including FIDIC contracts.
