The Business

A fast-rising, multi-technology Project Developer and Utility, leading the charge in sustainable innovation across Europe. With a newly awarded portfolio, alongside an established multi-gigawatt pipeline, the business is launching a cutting-edge engineering division and seek an accomplished leader to build and drive a dynamic team, to contribute significantly to the execution of iconic renewables projects across all major markets.

The Role

• Build and lead a high-performing international engineering team, contributing significantly to the execution of a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects
• Support the executive management to define and execute a 3–5-year business strategy
• Be the face of the business’s engineering activities by attending industry events and conferences
• Provide support on high-level technical engineering topics on projects in Development, Construction and Operational phases
• Progression to regional Engineering Director or similar in 2-3 years

The Person

• A strong technical leader with a proven track record of executing significant engineering projects in the renewable energy sector
• 2+ years of line management experience, managing multi-discipline engineering teams
• Fluent in English
