Senior Authorised Person / HV Specialist – 4 month contract - France – Offshore – ASAP start

I am looking for a WTG 66kV Senior Authorised Person for an offshore wind farm that is in construction in France!

You will be responsible for Safety from the System and carrying out all duties associated with being a WTG SAP.

Requirements

• Previous authorisations at 33kV as a Senior Authorised Person, 66kV Senior Authorised Person or a 66kV Authorised Person
• Solid understanding of Electrical Safety
• Experience and understanding of a wind turbine
• Full GWO
• Competent Senior Authorised Person / HV Specialist

Responsibilities

• Carry out WTG SAP duties
• Issue safety documents and permits
• Cancellation of safety documents when works complete
• Operate compliantly under the clients safety rules
• Assist with the construction and commissioning of the turbines
• Liaise with the control room
• Report to the Lead SAP
• Issue limitation of access documents
• Switching at 66kV
• Writing and then implementing switching schedules
