HSE Manager / Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) - Large Scale Solar Farm - Renewable Energy – Ireland (Specific Location disclosed upon phone call) – 12 month Contract Position (Minimum)

Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with local and national HSE regulations and conduct risk assessments to mitigate construction-related hazards.
- Oversee daily site safety, conduct inspections and deliver safety training, toolbox talks and inductions for all personnel.
- Investigate incidents/accidents, develop corrective actions and implement emergency response plans, including regular drills.
- Coordinate with project teams and manage contractors/subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols and project-specific HSE plans.
- Implement environmental protection measures, manage waste and promote sustainability practices to minimise ecological impact.
- Maintain HSE documentation and provide regular reports on safety performance, incidents and compliance to clients and regulatory bodies.
Skills And Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar HSE role within large-scale construction projects, preferably in renewable energy, solar farms or utility-scale infrastructure.
- Experience with Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) responsibilities, including risk management, contractor oversight and compliance with construction safety regulations.
- Fluency in English for all written and verbal communications
- Certifications like NEBOSH, IOSH or OSHA certification.
- Clear understanding and knowledge of HSE
Logistics:
- Start Date: Immediately, can wait up to 3 weeks for the right candidate
- Employment Term: Minimum 12 month contract
- Work Arrangement: 100% site based
