Photovoltaic Project Developer Region: Southern Germany

As a Project Developer, you will be responsible for the execution of project development tasks for your photovoltaic projects. You will identify necessary steps in a timely manner, initiate appropriate actions when needed, create schedules, accurately estimate development costs, consistently manage risks, and complete all tasks with high quality. Your tasks: Identifying and securing suitable sites and project areas Researching and acquiring property owner data Proactive contact with property owners, authorities, municipalities, and decision-makers Assessing potential sites regarding planning laws, approval feasibility, construction, and operation of large photovoltaic systems Initiating and conducting approval procedures Conducting professional contract negotiations with property owners, farmers, authorities, utilities, etc. Convincing municipal representatives as well as other political and planning decision-makers Supporting the project through land-use planning and building permit processes until construction readiness Developing and successfully implementing solution strategies Organizing and presenting photovoltaic projects at local meetings Your profile: Completed studies with a technical, economic, geographical, or planning focus Ideally, several years of professional experience in urban, environmental, or regional planning or in project development in the field of renewable energy Confident and professional demeanour, negotiation skills, and a good sense for different conversation partners Very good German language skills, both written and spoken Reliability, teamwork, and initiative Independent working style and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office Class B driver's license Our additional benefits: Flexible working models for a balanced work-life balance Attractive workplace in a central location in Nuremberg (approx. 5 minutes' walk from the main railway station) Voluntary special benefits such as bonuses, special payments, and optional holiday and Christmas bonuses Health services and preventive care such as continued pay during child sick days, company pension schemes, and capital-forming benefits Bonus scheme
