The Company

A leading international IPP, up and coming in the German market, with a 1.5GW development pipeline in land secured/permitting across Wind, PV & BESS.

 

A recent significant investment into their renewable activities in Germany has created the need to appoint a Head of Project Development to drive the pipeline through permitting, to construction readiness in order to meet the businesses’ strategic objective of 1GW of installed capacity by 2030.

 

The Role

As Head of Project Development, duties include:

  • Lead the complete project development strategy for a rapidly-scaling portfolio of utility-scale wind, PV & BESS projects across Germany
  • Achieve 20% yearly growth in projects reaching advanced permitting
  • Create innovative solutions to optimise project development processes, bringing your own vision and expertise to build something from the ground up
  • Build and drive a high-performing team
  • Support an extremely hands-on leadership team in driving the business’s success in becoming a German market leading within renewable project development
  • Progression to European Development Director or similar within 2-3 years

 

The Person

The successful candidate will likely have the following:

  • 7+ years in renewable energy project development in the German market
  • A technical engineering background
  • Natural leadership qualities and a passion for driving high-performing teams
  • Fluency in German – Native or C1

Assistant Site Manager - Solar PV - Solar Farm - Construction - UK - ContractJob Overview:A renewable energy EPC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the on-site delivery of utility-scale Solar PV project.
