Die Rolle

Gesamtverantwortung für großskalige Onshore-Windprojekte – von der Projektidee bis zur Baureife
Entwicklung und Umsetzung der regionalen Entwicklungsstrategie in Abstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen
Beratung der Geschäftsleitung zu Markttrends, Projektrisiken und Optimierung der Projektpipeline
Führung interner Teams und externer Partner in den Bereichen Flächensicherung, Genehmigungen, technische Planung und Stakeholder-Management
Leitung kommerzieller Verhandlungen mit Grundstückseigentümern, Gutachtern und Behörden
Koordination von Umweltgutachten, Netzanschlussstudien und Genehmigungsverfahren zur termingerechten Projektentwicklung
Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Kommunen, Genehmigungsbehörden und regionalen Akteuren
Mentoring und Unterstützung von Junior-Projektentwicklern
Repräsentation des Unternehmens bei Branchenevents, öffentlichen Anhörungen und Bürgerdialogen
Klarer Karrierepfad zur Position des Development Directors innerhalb von 2–3 Jahren

Dein Profil

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung im Bereich erneuerbare Energien, mit Fokus auf Onshore-Wind in Deutschland
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Erneuerbare Energien, Umwelttechnik, Raumplanung oder vergleichbar
Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten von der Standortidentifikation bis zur Baureife
Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis und Verhandlungsgeschick im Umgang mit Flächeneigentümern, Behörden und externen Beratern
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
