Das Unternehmen

Ein schnell wachsender unabhängiger Energieerzeuger (IPP) mit über 10 GW an Anlagen im Bau/Betrieb in den Bereichen Wind, Solar und BESS. Das Unternehmen befindet sich im Besitz eines der größten Investoren der Welt, der den Markt für erneuerbare Energien maßgeblich beeinflussen möchte.

 

In Deutschland verfügt das Unternehmen über eine wachsende Pipeline von BESS-Projekten und führt auch eigene Projekte durch, die es entweder betreibt oder verkauft. Es handelt sich um ein agiles Unternehmen mit schneller Entscheidungsfindung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt derzeit auf BESS, wobei Sie die Möglichkeit haben, Ihre Tätigkeit auf andere Technologien und Regionen auszuweiten.

 

Die Rolle

  • Berichterstattung an den Managing Director für Deutschland
  • Aufbau eines Teams und Eröffnung eines neuen Büros in Hamburg
  • Ausbau der Pipeline von BESS-Projekten und Erweiterung Ihres Teams durch Identifizierung neuer Möglichkeiten auf der grünen Wiese
  • Eigenständiges Vorantreiben des BESS-Grundstückserwerbs/Genehmigungs- und Netzanschlussprozesses
  • Sie leiten die Aufgaben im Vorfeld der Bauarbeiten und führen Risikobewertungen, Beschaffungen, EPC-Verhandlungen und Entwürfe von technischen und kommerziellen Anhängen durch.
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Entwicklungsprojekte in allen Aspekten mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen

 

Die Person

  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien mit Schwerpunkt auf der Projektentwicklung von Projekten
  • Erfahrung im Bereich BESS ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich; Erfahrungen im Bereich Wind- und Solarenergie sind ebenfalls geeignet
  • Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen, BA, Geographie oder ähnlicher Bildungshintergrund
  • Hohe Motivation für die Arbeit in einem komplexen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und im Aufbau eines Teams ist von Vorteil, aber nicht unbedingt erforderlich
