A leading company specialising in utility-scale solar and storage solutions is looking for a talented Senior Legal Counsel to join their team.

 

The Company:

Our client is a leading European renewable energy platform with significant backing from a global infrastructure investor. Having grown from a specialist developer into a major independent power producer the business is now entering a new phase of expansion, with a pipeline of over 15 GW of solar and energy storage projects across Europe.

 

As part of this growth, we are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to take a key leadership role within the German team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-profile position with clear succession potential, offering both hands-on legal responsibility and the chance to shape the future legal structure of the organisation in Germany

 

The Role:

  • Lead on drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal agreements, including solar PV and BESS project contracts, land and lease agreements, and internal commercial contracts.
  • Advise on German real estate and lease law, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across all project phases.
  • Act as the primary legal point of contact for the German business, working closely with the wider European legal team.
  • Provide proactive support to internal stakeholders, including project development, acquisitions, and senior management.
  • Take ownership for legal strategy in Germany, shaping frameworks, processes, and governance.
  • Contribute to wider business decisions as part of the senior leadership team, with visibility to Group leadership.

Assistant Site Manager - Solar PV - Solar Farm - Construction - UK - ContractJob Overview:A renewable energy EPC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the on-site delivery of utility-scale Solar PV project.
