An international energy storage business is expanding rapidly across Europe following significant new investment and is looking to appoint a Sales Leader to drive growth across Northern Europe.

The business develops advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Smart Microgrid solutions, supporting customers from commercial & industrial applications through to large-scale utility projects. With strong global manufacturing capability and ambitious European growth plans, this is an opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of the company's expansion.

 

The Role

You will lead business development across Denmark, Sweden and Finland, developing relationships with utilities, EPCs, renewable energy developers, engineering companies and strategic channel partners.

 

Working closely with technical teams, you will identify new opportunities, support customers throughout the sales process and play a key role in building the company's presence across the region.

 

As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to develop into a Country Manager or Regional Leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the Northern European sales strategy.
  • Build relationships with utilities, EPCs, developers and channel partners.
  • Drive sales of BESS, EMS and Smart Microgrid solutions.
  • Work alongside engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Provide market intelligence and support future regional expansion.

Senior Legal Executive - Turbine Procurement & Renewable Energy A leading international renewable energy developer and IPP with a significant portfolio across wind, solar and BESS is expanding its legal and commercial function. The business is growing internationally and offers the opportunity to work closely with procurement, project delivery, transactions and senior leadership on major renewable energy projects THE ROLE The business is seeking a Senior Legal Executive with strong experience across renewable energy, turbine procurement and complex commercial contracts. This is a highly commercial position, taking ownership of the legal aspects of major turbine procurement processes and supporting the business through negotiation, contracting and execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead legal support across the full turbine procurement process, from initial offers through negotiation, award and execution. Negotiate turbine supply, installation, service and related commercial agreements. Advise on contractual risk, financial security, liability, warranties and commercial exposure. Support negotiations with international OEMs, suppliers and contractors. Manage contractual risks, claims, variations and potential disputes. Work closely with procurement, project, commercial and transaction teams. Support the development of contract management, templates and legal processes, including AI-enabled technology. THE PERSON Qualified lawyer with 8–10+ years' post-qualified experience. Strong background in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure or construction. Proven turbine procurement/wind energy contracting experience highly desirable. Experience with EPC, FIDIC, supply, construction, O&M or LTSA agreements. Strong commercial negotiation and contractual risk management skills. Comfortable working directly with procurement and commercial teams. International / multi-jurisdictional experience.
