The Role

This is a senior HR / Learning & Development leadership role responsible for shaping the people development agenda across Germany and Turkey, while supporting broader regional capability across the business.

The role sits at the centre of the organisation’s growth journey, focused on building leadership strength, improving organisational capability, and ensuring the business has the frameworks and structures in place to scale effectively across multiple markets.

You will act as a key partner to senior leadership, helping translate growth ambitions into a practical people and development strategy that supports a fast-moving, evolving organisation.


Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver the regional Learning & Development strategy
  • Build leadership development, capability and succession planning frameworks
  • Drive organisational capability initiatives across Germany and Turkey
  • Partner with senior leadership on talent and people strategy
  • Embed consistent HR / L&D processes across multiple countries
  • Contribute to organisational design and wider transformation initiatives


The Person

  • 10+ years’ HR/L&D experience within high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Strong international / multi-country exposure
  • Proven track record in leadership development and talent frameworks
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level
  • Experience working across different markets 9Turkey an advantage)

Head of Permitting- OffshoreNetherlandsA leading international offshore contractor is expanding its European offshore wind operations and is looking to appoint a Permitting Leader to establish and lead permitting activities across the region.This is a key strategic hire and the first dedicated permitting position in Europe, offering the opportunity to shape the function from the ground up within a well-backed contractor making major strides in offshore wind.The role will focus on coordinating all offshore construction, environmental and associated project permits for offshore substations and related offshore structures across multiple European markets.Working closely with third-party consultancies, authorities, government bodies and internal project teams, you will ensure projects are fully aligned from a permitting and compliance perspective ahead of construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate offshore construction and environmental permitting activities across EuropeManage relationships with authorities, regulators and external consultanciesCoordinate internal stakeholders across engineering, construction, HSE and project managementIdentify permitting risks, timelines and project dependenciesSupport offshore projects through development and construction readiness phasesBackground SoughtExperience within offshore wind, marine infrastructure or large-scale energy project permittingStrong understanding of environmental and offshore construction permitting processesExperience working with regulatory authorities and multi-disciplinary stakeholdersComfortable operating in a fast-growing, highly autonomous environmentOffshore substation, foundations, cables or offshore EPC/EPCI contractor experience would be highly advantageous.
