Die Position:

Als Senior Asset Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für ein Portfolio operativer Anlagen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien. Dabei sind Sie der zentrale kaufmännische Ansprechpartner für wichtige B2B-Kunden und stellen sicher, dass die Anlagen über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg effizient betrieben werden.

 

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Betreuung eines Portfolios von Anlagen im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien sowie erster Ansprechpartner für gewerbliche Kunden.
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Anlagenbetriebs über den gesamten Lebenszyklus.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen zur Lösung operativer Herausforderungen, Optimierung der Anlagenperformance und Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität.
  • Mitwirkung am weiteren Ausbau und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Asset Managements.

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Asset Management oder einer vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Position innerhalb der erneuerbaren Energien, der Energieversorgung oder im Bereich Energieinfrastruktur sowie ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse. Erfahrungen mit Photovoltaik, Batteriespeichersystemen (BESS), Ladeinfrastruktur für Elektrofahrzeuge oder dezentralen Energiesystemen sind von Vorteil.

Senior Legal Executive - Turbine Procurement & Renewable Energy A leading international renewable energy developer and IPP with a significant portfolio across wind, solar and BESS is expanding its legal and commercial function. The business is growing internationally and offers the opportunity to work closely with procurement, project delivery, transactions and senior leadership on major renewable energy projects THE ROLE The business is seeking a Senior Legal Executive with strong experience across renewable energy, turbine procurement and complex commercial contracts. This is a highly commercial position, taking ownership of the legal aspects of major turbine procurement processes and supporting the business through negotiation, contracting and execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead legal support across the full turbine procurement process, from initial offers through negotiation, award and execution. Negotiate turbine supply, installation, service and related commercial agreements. Advise on contractual risk, financial security, liability, warranties and commercial exposure. Support negotiations with international OEMs, suppliers and contractors. Manage contractual risks, claims, variations and potential disputes. Work closely with procurement, project, commercial and transaction teams. Support the development of contract management, templates and legal processes, including AI-enabled technology. THE PERSON Qualified lawyer with 8–10+ years' post-qualified experience. Strong background in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure or construction. Proven turbine procurement/wind energy contracting experience highly desirable. Experience with EPC, FIDIC, supply, construction, O&M or LTSA agreements. Strong commercial negotiation and contractual risk management skills. Comfortable working directly with procurement and commercial teams. International / multi-jurisdictional experience.
