Team Lead – Legal & Project Support

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Legal & Project Support to lead an established specialist team supporting major infrastructure projects.

This position combines people leadership with operational oversight, ensuring the successful delivery of legal administration and project support activities across large-scale energy and utility developments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a specialist project support team.
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding and the ongoing development of team members.
  • Planning workloads, monitoring team performance and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Working closely with internal project teams and acting as a key point of contact across multiple stakeholders.
  • Supporting major infrastructure projects involving electricity transmission, underground cables, pipelines and other utility assets.
  • Coordinating legal documentation, easements, permits and project records.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within internal management systems.
  • Ensuring activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with project requirements.

The Person

The successful candidate will have:

  • A qualification in legal administration, office management, commercial administration or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience supporting infrastructure, utilities, engineering or energy projects.
  • Proven leadership or team management experience.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with legal documentation and document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
