Commercial Asset Manager – Renewable Energy (m/f/d)Location: BremenThe Opportunity:An established renewable energy company is looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to join its team in Bremen and take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of operational renewable energy assets. This is not a technical engineering position. You will work alongside an experienced Technical Asset Manager, acting as the commercial counterpart and taking ownership of the contractual, energy sales and commercial topics surrounding the assets.The role would suit someone who understands the commercial operation of renewable energy projects and enjoys working across contracts, service providers, energy markets and project stakeholders.Your Responsibilities:Commercial management of operational renewable energy assetsTake responsibility for energy sales and commercialisation topics across the portfolioManage and monitor energy sales agreements and other commercial contractsTake ownership of service and maintenance contracts, including commercial terms, obligations and renewalsManage relationships with energy traders, service providers and other external partnersMonitor contractual deadlines, obligations and commercial performanceReview existing agreements and identify opportunities for commercial optimisationSupport contract negotiations, amendments and renewalsMonitor revenues, costs and budgets at asset levelCoordinate invoicing and other commercial processes relating to the projectsWork closely with the Technical Asset Manager, ensuring commercial and technical topics are effectively coordinatedPrepare commercial reporting and provide management with clear visibility across the portfolioIdentify commercial risks and proactively drive solutionsYour Background:Experience within Commercial Asset Management, Energy Management, Commercial Operations or Contract ManagementIdeally previous experience within renewable energy, utilities or the wider energy sectorUnderstanding of energy sales, commercial contracts and/or service agreementsCommercially minded with confidence reviewing and negotiating contractual topicsStrong organisational and stakeholder-management skillsComfortable taking independent responsibility for a portfolio of assetsYou do not need to be an engineer – the focus of this position is firmly commercialFluent German with good English skillsAble to work from Bremen

HV Commissioning Engineer - 220kV & 110kV Substation Projects - County Cork, Ireland - €Excellent Day Rate - 12 Month Contract + Likely Extensions - November Start - Monday to Friday (10 Hour Days)We're currently searching for 2 x HV Substation Commissioning Engineers for a 220kV substation project & a 110kV substation project in County Cork, Ireland.The engineers will support commissioning activities across 2 x 220kV / 110kV substation projects, with an initial 12-month contract and potential extensions.Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate and execute commissioning activities across 220kV and 110kV substation projects.Carry out pre-commissioning inspections, testing and system readiness checks prior to energisation.Commission HV primary plant including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, CTs, VTs and associated substation equipment.Support protection, control, interlocking and SCADA testing where required.Complete functional testing, point-to-point checks and system integration testing.Review commissioning procedures, test documentation, drawings and engineering documentation.Identify and resolve commissioning defects and technical issues during testing and energisation.Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, operations and project management teams.Ensure all commissioning activities are completed safely and in accordance with client, project and industry standards.Maintain accurate commissioning records, test sheets and handover documentation.Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience commissioning transmission-level HV substations.Previous experience working on 110kV, 220kV or comparable transmission voltage levels.Strong knowledge of HV substation primary and secondary systems.Experience working with AIS and/or GIS substations.Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, protection diagrams and commissioning documentation.Strong understanding of commissioning, energisation and safe systems of work.Valid right to work in Ireland.Ability to work on-site in County Cork Monday to Friday.Interested?
