Are you an experienced Commercial Asset Manager ready to take ownership of a renewable energy portfolio and drive the commercial and financial performance of operational wind and solar assets? The company: An established and growing renewable energy business specialising in the investment, ownership, operation and optimisation of renewable energy assets. With a strong operational portfolio across onshore wind and solar PV, the company is continuing to expand its activities in Germany and strengthen its Asset Management function to support future growth. The role:Take commercial ownership of a portfolio of operational wind and solar assets.Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flows, revenues and asset-level financial performance.Take responsibility for energy sales, commercial contracts, service agreements and other contractual topics.Manage relationships with energy traders, service providers, investors and other external partners.Identify opportunities for commercial optimisation and support contract negotiations, amendments and renewals.Work closely with Technical Asset Management, Finance and other internal teams to manage risks and maximise long-term asset value. The person:Several years' experience within Commercial Asset Management, Energy Management, Commercial Operations or Contract Management.Strong understanding of budgets, financial performance, commercial contracts and asset-level reporting.Experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities or the wider energy sector.Exposure to energy sales, PPAs, route-to-market agreements or service contracts would be advantageous.Commercially minded, confident managing external stakeholders and comfortable taking independent ownership of a portfolio.Fluent German with good English skills. Why apply?This is an opportunity to join an established renewable energy platform during a period of continued portfolio growth, giving you real ownership and responsibility from day one. The business has a strong focus on internal development and career progression, with opportunities for high-performing employees to take on broader portfolio responsibility and move towards Team Lead / Head of Asset Management positions as the organisation continues to grow.

NGED Senior Authorised Person – Long Term Contract – NGED – Monday to Friday – ASAP start I’m working with a contractor delivering works across the NGED network. They are looking for an experienced SAP to provide operational cover and support the safe delivery of projects across their area of work.The role will involve:Acting as SAP on the NGED network within your level of authorisation.Planning and carrying out HV switching, isolations, earthing and restoration.Reviewing outage requirements and preparing switching schedules.Establishing and maintaining Safety from the System.Preparing, issuing and cancelling safety documents in line with NGED procedures.Supporting site teams during cable, substation, new connections and asset replacement works as required.Coordinating with Network Control, project managers and delivery teams ahead of planned works.Providing technical guidance to site teams and resolving operational issues as they arise.Supporting planned shutdowns and occasional out-of-hours switching where required.Experience required:Current or previous NGED SAP authorisation at 11kV. 33kV authorisations would be advantageous.Strong practical experience of HV switching on distribution networks.Experience preparing switching schedules and issuing safety documents.Good knowledge of NGED safety rules and operational procedures.The ability to work closely with Network Control and multiple site teams.Contract details:NGED patch12 months contractMonday to Friday, with weekend work when requiredDay rate, outside IR35ASAP startIf you have NGED SAP experience and would like to discuss the role, please get in touch and send your CV to josie.wade@hunterphilips.com

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR | CABLE JOINTING SUPERVISOR | LV SUPERVISOR – THAMES VALLEYLocation: Reading, Slough and West LondonThe OpportunityOur client is looking for a Supervisor to lead its Cable Jointers across the Thames Valley. You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of electrical jointing teams, ensuring they have the people, equipment, materials and information needed to deliver work safely and efficiently.The role covers new connections, faults and asset maintenance.
