The Company


An established renewable energy business is growing its wind project portfolio. The team works across the project lifecycle and offers the opportunity to take ownership of significant supplier relationships and contracts.


The Role & Responsibilities


  • Manage wind turbine procurement from supplier evaluation through contract signature.
  • Negotiate turbine supply and service agreements with manufacturers.
  • Work with commercial, legal and project teams to assess pricing, contract terms and risk.
  • Manage supplier relationships and provide contractual support during construction and commissioning.


The Person

  • Experience in wind turbine procurement, OEM sales or turbine contract management.
  • A track record of negotiating complex supply agreements.
  • Commercially confident and comfortable taking ownership of supplier relationships.
  • Very good German and good English.

This opportunity combines corporate compliance with legal support for renewable energy projects, offering scope to develop your expertise and take on increasing responsibility.The Role / ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the legal team and colleagues across the business, you will help strengthen compliance processes and advise on public law matters relating to German onshore wind projects.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting corporate compliance across anti-bribery, sanctions, whistleblowing, ESG and NIS2.Developing and implementing practical compliance policies, procedures and guidance.Coordinating data protection matters with relevant internal colleagues and external advisers.Advising on planning, permitting, environmental and administrative law throughout project development.Helping project teams assess legal risks and resolve regulatory questions.Coordinating external legal advisers where specialist support is required.The PersonA German legal qualification, ideally with both State Examinations.
