Das Unternehmen: Ein führendes Beratungsunternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien, das sich auf Wind-, Solar- und BESS-Projekte in ganz Europa spezialisiert hat. Es bietet technische, kommerzielle und Transaktionsberatungsleistungen für großflächige Wind- und Solarprojekte an.

Mit einem Portfolio von rund 3 GW genehmigter oder in Entwicklung befindlicher erneuerbarer Energieanlagen sucht das Unternehmen einen Senior Commercial Asset Manager zur Unterstützung eines breiten Spektrums von Projekten in mehreren europäischen Märkten.


Die Rolle:

  • Überwachung der kommerziellen Leistung von Anlagen für erneuerbare Energien in den Bereichen Solar, Wind und Speicher, einschließlich effektiver Verwaltung von Verträgen, PPAs und Versicherungen zur Sicherung und Steigerung des Wertes.
  • Als kommerzielle Schnittstelle für Investoren, Stakeholder und externe Partner fungieren und eng mit technischen und operativen Teams zusammenarbeiten, um Compliance sicherzustellen und Probleme effizient zu lösen.
  • Projektberichte prüfen, Budgets und Forecasts überwachen, Projekt-Ausgaben genehmigen und genaue Vertrags- und Anlageninformationen in internen Systemen pflegen, um alle Stakeholder informiert zu halten.


Die Person:

  • Ein relevanter Abschluss (z. B. Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Ingenieurwesen, Recht) sowie Erfahrung im Bereich erneuerbare Energien oder Infrastruktur-Asset-Management.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Vertragsverwaltung, der Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und externen Auftragnehmern sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Reporting und finanzieller Kontrolle.
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen und effektiv in einem dynamischen, internationalen Portfolio-Umfeld zu arbeiten.
