The Company:

A leading renewable energy contractor specialising in utility-scale solar PV and energy infrastructure projects, the company has experienced rapid growth across Greece through the award of major utility-scale solar PV and hybrid energy projects. Recognised for delivering technically complex, large-scale renewable energy assets efficiently and safely, the company is seeking an Electrical Engineer – Solar PV to support the design, implementation, and delivery of solar PV projects nationwide.


Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Engineer, Solar PV, your main duties will include:

  • Supporting the design, engineering, and technical documentation of utility-scale solar PV systems (grid-connected and off-grid).
  • Coordinating with procurement, construction, and project management teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Reviewing electrical designs, schematics, and specifications to ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
  • Performing technical calculations for system sizing, performance, and energy yield.
  • Supporting commissioning, testing, and quality assurance of PV installations.
  • Monitoring project progress, reporting on technical issues, and supporting problem-solving on-site.
  • Preparing technical reports and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.


The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably with renewable energy or power systems focus).
  • 3–5 years’ experience in solar PV project design and implementation, preferably within EPC or renewable energy environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PV inverters, string sizing, AC/DC systems, protection devices, and grid connection requirements.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and documentation processes.
  • Understanding of H&S, quality standards, and compliance in renewable energy projects.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
