SITE MANAGER - SOLAR FARM - PV - CONSTRUCTION - NORFOLK, ENGLAND - CONTRACT (12 MONTHS)Job Overview:We are supporting a leading EPC with a strong UK pipeline, seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a key project in Norfolk, with a construction programme of approximately 12 months.Key Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle construction delivery from enabling works through to completionManage subcontractors across civil, mechanical and electrical scopesOversee site mobilisation, including fencing, access, and early works packagesEnsure compliance with HSE standards and CDM regulationsProvide detailed and accurate reporting to internal stakeholdersCoordinate closely with Project Manager and HSE teams during site setupMonitor programme and ensure delivery against milestonesMaintain quality standards in collaboration with Quality Manager and SupervisorsQualifications & Experience:Proven experience delivering utility-scale Solar or BESS projectsStrong civil or electrical construction background with broad project understandingExperience operating within an EPC delivery modelSMSTS certification (essential)NEBOSH certification highly advantageousStrong reporting and stakeholder management skillsContract Details:Location: Norfolk, EnglandContract Length: 12 monthsStart Date: May / June 2026Working Pattern: 5-6 days per week (construction dependent)To apply, please submit your CV or send directly to roman.floyd@hunterphilips.com.
