Partner with project, commercial, and finance teams to enable smooth execution of large-scale offshore projects. Oversee and coordinate external counsel on disputes, claims, and regulatory matters. Advise senior leadership on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory developments. Support strategic initiatives, including financing, joint ventures, and contractual structuring. The Person: Fully qualified lawyer with 8–12+ years’ post-qualification experience in energy, offshore, infrastructure, or marine sectors. Strong experience with EPC contracts, FPSO projects, offshore construction, and complex commercial negotiations. Proven ability to work with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Executive presence with excellent communication, leadership, and strategic advisory skills. Fluency in English & Norwegian. Role: Country Manager – SerbiaLocation: Belgrade, Serbia (flexible within country)Reporting to: Regional Managing Director / CEORole OverviewThe company is seeking an experienced, strategic Country Manager to lead its operations in Serbia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and market positioning in alignment with regional and global objectives.
