The Person: Fully qualified lawyer with 8–12+ years’ post-qualification experience in energy, offshore, infrastructure, or marine sectors. Strong experience with EPC contracts, FPSO projects, offshore construction, and complex commercial negotiations. Proven ability to work with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Executive presence with excellent communication, leadership, and strategic advisory skills. Fluency in English & Norwegian. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth, operational excellence, and market positioning in alignment with regional and global objectives.
