This individual will act as the key technical interface with clients, manage the overall technology direction, and ensure the seamless transition of project requirements to the delivery team. The role requires a broad technical background and the ability to manage the technical aspects of projects involving complex systems such as HVDC, substations, and power grids. You will be responsible for leading and driving technical specifications, procurement, and project execution in a dynamic and collaborative environment.   Pre-bid & Project Execution: Participate in multiple projects during the pre-bid phase (1-2 years) and focus on one major project during the execution stage (3-8 years). Work closely with the customer to assess their requirements, guide them on the appropriate technology solutions, and steer the project's technical direction. Lead the technical specifications phase, collaborating with expert groups to define the core design and review documentation. Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the quality review of ongoing deliverables, ensuring adherence to the highest technical standards. Provide technical leadership during workshops, negotiations, and steering sessions with customers.
