A globally recognised clean energy technology business in the search for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its international legal function.

Our client is an established market leader operating across the renewable energy and advanced technology sectors, supporting the transition towards decentralised and sustainable energy systems worldwide. With an international footprint across Europe, Asia and the Americas, the organisation continues to expand its legal capability to support complex commercial, corporate and project-related activities globally.

The Role

Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will provide strategic legal support across a broad range of international commercial and corporate matters.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements within international project and product environments
  • Advising management and business functions on commercial, contractual and corporate legal matters
  • Supporting international projects and leading negotiations through to execution
  • Advising on corporate governance, intercompany structures and wider group legal matters
  • Supporting competition, antitrust and regulatory legal matters where required
  • Managing legal risk and advising on dispute resolution and claims matters
  • Coordinating with external legal advisors across multiple jurisdictions
  • Acting as a key legal partner to internal stakeholders including Compliance, Tax, Finance and Commercial teams

The Person

The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate:

  • Qualification as a German Lawyer (Volljurist) or internationally recognised legal qualification
  • Significant post-qualified legal experience gained within an international company or leading commercial law firm
  • Strong expertise across commercial contracts, corporate law and international business transactions
  • Experience supporting complex projects, industrial products or international infrastructure environments
  • Commercially focused mindset with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English language skills; additional European languages would be advantageous
  • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced international environment

Grid Connections Manager - Italy - 12 Month Contract - Solar & BESS - September start - Monday to FridayI'm looking for a Grid Connection Manager who knows how to get projects connected.
