Typical Scope · Structure and execute non-recourse project-financing solutions for BESS and wider energy-infrastructure assets. · Develop and challenge financial models covering cash flow, debt sizing, sensitivities and financing scenarios. · Lead lender engagement and support negotiations with banks, debt providers and external advisers. · Coordinate financial, legal, technical, tax and insurance due diligence workstreams. · Review and negotiate credit, security and financing documentation. · Manage financing processes through to financial close. · Support contract reporting, lender obligations and financing requirements following close. · Provide clear financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders. About You · 5-10 years of relevant experience in project finance, structured finance, infrastructure finance, lending or financial advisory and a degree in economics or a relevant field. · A demonstrable record of completed non-recourse or complex infrastructure financings. · Strong financial-modelling, debt-structuring and commercial-analysis capability. · Experience working directly with lenders, advisers and financing counterparties. · Confident negotiation and stakeholder-management skills. · Professional fluency in German and English. · BESS, renewable-energy or energy-infrastructure financing experience would be beneficial.
