Job Description:

• Lead and conduct Real-Time Studies to optimize grid operations and performance.
• Coordinate the bulk electrical system to maintain reliability and efficiency.
• Oversee the energy trading system and ensure seamless integration with grid operations.
• Collaborate with Independent System Operators (ISOs), Distribution System Operators (DSOs), and regional utilities to enhance power system functionality.
• Analyze power system dynamics, transient stability, and operational constraints to support decision-making.
• Develop and implement models for real-time grid monitoring and control.

Desired Characteristics

• Minimum MSc in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems (PhD preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in power system engineering, focusing on real-time studies.
• Strong knowledge of Real-Time Studies methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience working with Independent System Operators (ISOs) and Distribution System Operators (DSOs).
• Expertise in power system stability, dynamic simulations, and market operations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software for real-time power system analysis.
