The Company:

A global Engineering company focusing on power utility networks, Transmission and Distribution, substations & renewable energy. Significant investment into regional expansion and the increasing focus on utility customers has created the need to appoint an Operations Director to implement the regional operation plan.

The Role:

•     Ownership for engineering, project delivery and operations performance

•     Leadership to engineering and operations and EHS teams in the region, grow, mentor and develop team.

•     Lead customer satisfaction, drive revenue increase and expand market share,

•     Ensure interface between commercial and operations department

•     Drive Lean, continuous improvement, change and transformation to elevate success

•     Report to Global Executive Management team

The Person

The successful candidate will likely have:

•             Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, + MBA

•             3+ years experience leading Project and operations department with $50m+ portfolio, leading interfae between sales and project teams for HV equipment for power utilities.

•             Proven experience sales, business development with products and solutions for system design and Technology specification (Substations, Switchgear, Protection, Control, SCADA, Substation Automation, Software, Monitoring & Digital future networks).

•             An extensive network within target Utilities, Industrial & renewable energy segment senior management teams

•             Be able to drive change, Engage customers, motivate and inspire teams to success.

•             Speaks Spanish, English
