The Company:
A fast-growing construction and engineering organisation delivering large-scale building, MEP, renovation, and public-sector infrastructure projects across Greece. With a strong pipeline of commercial buildings, airport upgrades, public facilities, and private development work, the business is strengthening its contract management capability to support safe delivery, cost control, and contractual compliance across all projects.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full lifecycle of construction and MEP contracts, including building works, renovation programmes, public-sector tenders, and multi-site technical projects.
- Ensuring contractual compliance across all project activities, including Greek public procurement requirements (Law 4412/2016), technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms, variations, claims, extensions of time, and commercial risk positions.
- Working closely with Engineering, MEP, Construction, Procurement, QS/Cost teams, and Finance to maintain transparency and governance throughout project delivery.
- Leading contract administration processes, including notices, correspondence, payment applications, change control, and reporting.
- Monitoring contractor and subcontractor performance across MEP systems, structural works, finishes, and building services.
- Supporting tendering, bid evaluation, subcontractor selection, and preparation of BoQs, scope documents, and commercial assessments.
- Providing structured commercial and contractual reporting to senior management.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of commercial procedures, contract templates, and compliance frameworks.
The Person:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related commercial/technical discipline.
- 7+ years’ experience in contract management within building construction, MEP contracting, or public works.
- Strong capability in construction contract interpretation, tendering, risk management, claims, and variation control.
- Experience with MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety) and general building works is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of Greek public procurement processes and obligations, including Law 4412/2016.
- Strong commercial awareness, meticulous reporting, and structured communication style.
- Striving for career progression within 12-18 months.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
