About the Opportunity:Hunter Philips are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Planner to join one of the Baltic region's most exciting offshore wind developments. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of the integrated project schedule for a major offshore wind farm. Working closely with the Project Director, PMO and package management teams, you will be responsible for driving schedule performance, providing strategic planning insight, and ensuring the successful coordination of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecycle.The Role:As Lead Planner, you will become the focal point for all project planning activities, ensuring that the programme remains robust, realistic and aligned across multiple project disciplines.Key responsibilities include:Developing, maintaining and governing the Master Integrated Schedule (MIS)Managing critical path analysis and identifying schedule risks and opportunitiesLeading project planning governance, reporting and change control processesProducing weekly and monthly schedule reports for senior stakeholdersDriving progress measurement across multiple contractors and work packagesCoordinating planning interfaces between engineering, procurement, manufacturing, marine logistics, installation, commissioning and grid connection activitiesChallenging assumptions, identifying delays early and developing recovery strategiesRunning scenario ("what-if") analyses to support project decision-makingSupporting Project Controls, PMO and senior leadership with planning insights and recommendationsLeading additional planning resources where required throughout the project lifecycle.About You:We are looking for a planner who thrives in complex project environments and enjoys taking ownership rather than simply maintaining schedules.
