A leading international renewable energy developer and operator is expanding its operational team in Greece with experienced Site Managers across utility-scale wind and solar assets.

This field-based role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performing operations across commissioned renewable energy sites within a growing regional portfolio.

The position offers strong long-term progression into asset management and regional leadership within a fast-expanding international platform.



The Role

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of utility-scale renewable energy assets (wind and/or solar PV)
  • Ensure optimal plant performance, availability, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and coordinate O&M contractors, service providers, and OEM relationships
  • Monitor asset performance via SCADA systems, identifying and resolving operational issues
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and operational expenditure tracking
  • Coordinate grid operator communications and manage curtailment or dispatch instructions
  • Lead site inspections, audits, and performance reporting activities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Act as the local representative for stakeholders including landowners, authorities, and grid operators


The Person

  • Experience in utility-scale renewable energy operations (wind and/or solar PV)
  • Strong understanding of O&M processes, SCADA systems, and performance monitoring
  • Experience managing contractors and service agreements within energy infrastructure environments
  • Knowledge of HSE standards within energy or industrial environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive operational mindset
  • Ability to work independently in field-based environments
  • Fluent in Greek and English

A leading renewable energy developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP) is currently looking to secure a BoP Procurement Manager to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of utility-scale battery energy storage (BESS) and renewable energy projects across Europe. The Company:My client is an international renewable energy investment and asset management business with a strong presence across Europe, managing over 1.5GW of renewable energy assets. The business is active across the full project lifecycle, from investment and development through to construction and long-term asset management, with a strong focus on wind, solar, and battery storage projects. The Role:As BoP Procurement Manager, you would be responsible for:• Leading procurement strategy for Balance of Plant (BoP) packages including transformers, substations, grid connections and related infrastructure (up to €200m spend).• Managing sourcing, tendering, negotiation and contract award for BoP and BESS packages, including EPC contractors and OEMs.• Working with project managers, engineers, and legal/technical teams to align procurement with technical and delivery requirements.• Supporting procurement strategy development for utility-scale renewable projects, including potential PV integration.• Managing key supplier relationships to ensure cost control, performance, and delivery across major contracts. The Person:• Experience in procurement, commercial, or project delivery roles within renewable energy or infrastructure.• Strong understanding of BoP scope and utility-scale energy projects.• BESS experience preferred; PV or wider renewables also considered.• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.• English fluency required. If you're interested in joining a growing international platform , please apply or contact me for a confidential discussion.
