Some key responsibilities include: Lead the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities across wind and BESS projects, from initial evaluation through to closing. Manage full transaction processes, including financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and stakeholder management. Structure acquisitions and project financing with investors, banks, and project partners. Support and lead negotiations on commercial agreements, including contracts, pricing, and participation structures. Act as a key contributor to the investment function, supporting strategy development and mentoring junior team members.
