Investment Manager – Renewable Energy (Wind & BESS) – Germany – Competitive Salary + Bonus The Company: A well-established, privately owned renewable energy platform operating across development, investment, and asset management within the European market. The business has a strong track record in onshore wind and is actively expanding into new investment opportunities across wind and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Some key responsibilities include: Lead the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities across wind and BESS projects, from initial evaluation through to closing. Manage full transaction processes, including financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and stakeholder management. Structure acquisitions and project financing with investors, banks, and project partners. Support and lead negotiations on commercial agreements, including contracts, pricing, and participation structures. Act as a key contributor to the investment function, supporting strategy development and mentoring junior team members.
