The Company

A global $400 million turnover engineering business specialising in advanced electrical hardware and software solutions for the power industry.

They deliver both product sales and turnkey project solutions to utilities, EPCs and hyperscale data centres, with typical contract values ranging from $500,000 to $10 million.

 

The Opportunity

Reporting to the North American leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving strategic sales growth across the utility and data centre sectors.

This is a highly visible role focused on developing key accounts, winning major opportunities and shaping the commercial strategy for one of the company's fastest-growing regions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North American sales strategy.
  • Win new business with utilities, EPCs and data centre developers/operators.
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Lead complex sales campaigns from initial engagement through to contract award.
  • Identify and develop strategic accounts while growing existing customer relationships.
  • Work closely with engineering and project delivery teams to develop customer solutions.
  • Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings.
  • Deliver against ambitious revenue and growth targets.
